Founded in 2011, Halavet Gıda

is the largest producer of edible beef gelatin in Europe. With facilities in Istanbul and Bolu, the company produces halal gelatin and collagen peptides and exports its products to over 70 countries worldwide.

To ensure the production of 100% bovine gelatin and collagen, we take all necessary precautions against product defense, continually improving food safety management conditions by adhering to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). While delivering at the highest quality standards, we prioritize continuous improvement activities by allocating resources, aiming for future-focused goals, and strictly complying with food safety management requirements, addressing all risks with a risk-based quality approach.
